Jean Kelford was born in Sutton Coldfield, where she grew up and went to school. One of her main ambitions in life was to be an Author, but this was not to happen for many years.

Jean had a few jobs and went through a lot of training as she thought that this would take her forward into a life of helping others and of teaching people. This she had always wanted to do. Unfortunately, the advent of ill health made her change direction. But a very positive side to her life then emerged. Spiritualist healing, in which she became interested, helped her a great deal and led her in the direction of teaching and aiding a lot of other people. She helped them to develop their existing but latent Spiritual gifts and for this ability she is now very highly regarded by many. It was at this stage of Jean's life that she realised those people with whom she had regularly communicated were, in fact, themselves already in the Spirit world.

If you ask anyone who knows Jean well to describe her, I am sure that they would reply, "She is a brilliant Medium, and a wonderful person." However, I am equally sure that Jean herself would reply, "It is Spirit who are brilliant, I am just an ordinary person and nothing special."

Jean has a remarkable ability of reaching out to people, not only to those who have lost loved ones, but also to those who are suffering and think that there is no hope or happiness left in this life for them.

Being a very special lady whose one aim in life is to spread the word of Spirit, Jean also wants to help people to understand that Spirit only want to be close to us and to help us with their love because there is no death, only another state of being.

This is the main reason why Jean's book, 'Oblivious But True,' was written. To help people to believe in the Spirit side of life and to help them to develop their own Spiritual gifts.

Jean is a much loved and respected lady not only by her husband, family, friends but by all the people whom she has helped, both here and in the Spirit world, and she hopes that many more people will join that list if she can help them to do so. Mike and Jean work in close unison with the Spirit world wherever they are needed.
