Vision Board
One of the most positive ways to inspire a wish is a vision board. Don’t scratch your head. This system concentrates on visual stimulation and has been going on since the nineties, with amazing results. In fact, after pinning photies of a new house, or just a fifty quid win at bingo on to your vision board, you might be shocked to see everything you desire coming to pass!
Creating a Vision Board
First, you need to get into your pretty head that thought is creative, in other words we build our lives as a result of what goes on in our grey matter. One problem is we don’t really know what lurks in our subconscious minds and sabotages those wishes from coming true. But we can side-step this type of obstacle by creating a vision board.
Barbara Pellegrino a famous vision board creator, who teaches workshops on how to make them, gives us a few apt tips:
1. Choose a poster board or a cork board to use as a background, colour size are all personal choice. These boards can be wallet size or wall size.
2. Take a few minutes to think about and decide what goal you are creating, is it a general life style goal or a specific goal. Then, flip through magazines and tear out whatever pictures and words impress or inspire you.
3. Arrange the pictures and words on the board with photos of you and loved ones in and around the scenes. This concept is to show your subconscious mind a “snapshot” of your desired future. If it’s a relationship goal, you could get a picture of a couple embracing and cut your face out and paste it on the body in the photo.
4. Add a powerful statement or affirmation that this is already so. (e.g.: “This manifests now, for the highest good of all concerned, easily, happily, harmoniously, Thank you.”) Do you remember John Luke Pickard (Actor- Patrick Stewart) from The Star Trek Series, saying to his crew “Make it so!” And they flew off through space to accomplish their mission.
5. Put a symbol of whatever spiritual source you believe in, to show you are partners in the creation of your life, with a higher spiritual source.
6. Place the Vision Board somewhere where you will see it often and only allow supportive people to see it, especially in the early stages.
7. Celebrate by visualizing and affirming the pictures on the board are already in reality, to harness.
The result of your vision board could be that not only do you get the psychic job, but the designer wardrobe and the great relationship thrown in. In fact, you tricked your mind into believing your vision board was real! So what did it do? It emanated into your auric field and its magnetic vibes drew all your wishes to you, making them come true! Seems surreal? tempted to say “pull the other one?” Oh come on, just give it a go, the next thing you know you might have morphed into a highly esteemed empath enjoying your psychic job to the hilt!
