Grandma Floredemayo forms part of the International Organization of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers, these lovely grandmothers first came together to share their hearts and divulge their mystical sentiments. But as time elapsed, they also felt that they could also make an impact on the environment, for when they added all their ages together, it came to 800 years of feminine mystique! The fact is they are certain that the effect of their overall wisdom can contribute to the healing of humanity’s woes.

The Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers also believe their role is to talk to everybody, men women and children and to say, “we are standing behind you, we are praying.” The fact is if thirteen brave and lively grandmothers can unite as one, we too can transmit more faith to the desperate communities and places in the world, don’t you think?

Grandmother Flordemayo says that 2012 is not the correct date for the so called “end of the world”. It is very difficult to translate the sacred Mayan language she insists, and she also points out that in reality none of the books on 2012 Mayan Prophecies were written by the Mayans themselves. Within the Mayan calendar however, she says it is still believed that we will reach “year zero” and this planet, and humanity will have to start all over again.

She then refers to “the Eagle and the Condor Prophecy” which is a two thousand years old. Initially, it foretold terrible worldwide conflicts. The eagle represents the mechanical and technological world and brings material wealth but also an impoverished spiritual reality and the condor symbolizes spiritual love and soul magic. The Eagle and the Condor Prophecy however also maintains that a time will come when the condor and the eagle will fly “wing to wing” and the world will return to balance. It will be a time of love and healing and we will move out of our tragic conflicts into peaceful days.

Grandmother Flordemayo claims that earth has passed through a period of gestation but will be de-toxing and that is one of the reasons we are currently experiencing so much devastation, such as numerous earth quakes. There are major shifts yet to come, not only on this planet, but also within the cosmos itself. Grandmother Flordemayo sees it as a natural cycle that the Mayan people tend to believe must happen for positive change to occur.

Therefore, having a phone chat with Flordemayo might be beyond belief, since she is such a magical person, born with a spiritually inclined horoscope. As a child she shared her gifts with others. Through her magical healing work, she learnt to assist particularly difficult life situations and resolve them. She was guided to do this also through her own visions and dreams.
